Founded shortly after the introduction of the Dutch collective action regime (WAMCA), we have developed a particular focus on collective redress and the representation of organizations that protect the interests of larger groups. We also have extensive experience in representing businesses in corporate disputes before ordinary courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Many of our matters involve issues of broader societal significance. We are regularly engaged in legal actions that require coordination between a variety of stakeholders. We have extensive experience navigating the legal and practical challenges that arise in collective actions.
